Today's Weight: 199.8 lbs
Yesterday's Weight: 201.2 lbs
Net Loss/Gain: - 1.4 lbs

Again, quite a lot of food consumed yesterday, and a good result on the scale.
As far as today's eating is concerned, I fell asleep in my living room chair watching a movie last night at around 2am. Crawled into bed at 6am. Got up to pee at 8 and called in sick at work. Started the day's eating with lunch at around 12:30.
Tomorrow's fast could bring me to a new low weight on Friday.
So it goes.

Pepperoni.

Wild-caught salmon burger with home-made mayonnaise and string beans with Rajma Masala (red bean curry) |
