Yesterday's normal+ eating day (go back and look - that is a lot of food - all good and healthy, but really plentiful!) had little effect on my weight. This week, conveniently, I'm going to make Thursday my fast day, and expect Friday to be my low for the week.
Daily Comment:
I stayed home, did laundry, caught up on my personal financial tracking (I keep track of my income and expenses regularly, and have since the late 1980s, when the first personal finance software was available), did some other computer stuff (edited some pictures taken over the weekend), made dinner, watched some television, had a snack and then fell asleep in my chair watching a movie.
Food Log
Breakfast
Chocolate egg cream protein shake (vanilla whey protein powder (w/48g of whey protein) plus an egg, cocoa, almond milk, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).
Lunch
Tuna and bean salad with Spring Mix greens, red cabbage, kale and balsamic vinaigrette. |
Snack
Baby carrots, celery and home-made mayonnaise.
Dinner
Grass-fed ground beef with whole seed Dijon mustard and salsa, and "fuzx-mashed potatoes" (cauliflower) . |
Snack
Green protein shake: Kale, whey protein powder (24g protein), vanilla, stevia-insulin blend.
Liquid Intake
