Diet Commentary
Results are good, which I say because, even though my weight is up week-over-week, all the trend lines are flat or down, which is the way I want them. I was really looking forward to today's cheat day.

Daily Commentary
I had an interesting evening, on an otherwise dismal, nothing-much-going on day. I went to a jam session last night and played a set with the singer and guitarist of my new project 'Big Talk'. It wasn't the best, but I'm still struggling to feel the groove with the guitarist. Later, however, I provided percussion, rocking the cabassa. It was fun! Could the next step be sitting in at a drum circle?




Food Log
Breakfast
Onion and,pepper omelet and pork sausages; Ruby Red grapefruit (both halves eaten); Ezekiel Sprouted Grains Golden Flax cereal with blueberries, whey protein powder (24g of protein), almond milk and stevia-inulin; and black coffee.


Snack
Pecan coffee cake.

Lunch
Finished the coffee cake.


Dinner
At Mama Nancy's:
Half a Big Anthony fritatta, made by Big Anthony himself: eggs, potatoes, broccoli, sausage, pepperoni, peppers and onions and swiss cheese, with rye toast and coffee.


Snack
Chocolate with almonds, Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with almond milk and stevia-inulin blend.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  44 oz, Water:  64+ oz.
