Diet Commentary
The large 1-day weight loss is almost certainly due to yesterday's digestive upset, and is temporary to the point that I am sure I was back at 200 pounds after breakfast. As usual, today I didn't start eating until 1:30pm.

Daily Commentary
It is lovely here in Syracuse today. 70, clear skies, and I was out, doing chores and enjoying the day. Had Thai for dinner, then went to Mac's and saw a band I like, had a celebratory shot of Jameson's and bought a round... What a pleasant day.




Food Log
Brunch
Onion,peppers and eggs wotj bacon and pork sausages; Ezekiel Sprouted Grains Golden Flax cereal with blueberries, almond milk and stevia-inulin; and black coffee. 


Snack
Dark chocolate-covered blueberries and acai berries.

Dinner
From Sweet Basil Thai House:
Coconut soup with chicken and vegetables and a salad with chicken and tofu.
Chicken satay and peanut sauce.
Pad thai with pork.


Snack
Dark chocolate-covered blueberries and acai berries.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  32 oz, Water:  104+ oz. Plus, one shot of Jameson's.
