Diet Comment:
This has been a rather smooth week of steady losses since cheat day, and now I'm back under 200 pounds. 


To celebrate(!!??!!) I had a blueberry muffin fail. The muffin was a 500-calorie sugar bomb made by Dunkin' Donuts. I am weak, lol. 


Actually, of course, that is not the way I feel, but, after eating it, and finding it strangely unsatisfying, and much too sweet for my tastes, I felt a bit of regret and remorse. Very dangerous, those muffins.


Worse, a couple of hours later, I felt bloated and gassy and really sick.


I had to force myself to eat lunch. I couldn't make myself eat dinner, but had a protein and kale shake for dinner. Late.

Daily Comment:
So - yesterday was musically unsatisfying, and I have to stop dwelling on that. There's more music to be played on the weekend.



Food Log

Breakfast
Chocolate egg cream protein shake (vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus an egg, cocoa, almond milk, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).



Snack
Giant blueberry muffin.


Lunch
Roasted turkey breast, Spring Mix greens, mixed cabbage with carrots and balsamic vinaigrette.


Dinner
A hard-boiled egg and a green protein shake: Kale, vanilla whey protein powder (24g of protein), an egg, almond milk, vanilla, stevia-inulin blend.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   11 oz,   Water: 96+ oz
