Diet Comment
Yesterday's fast, and the heavy eating that followed made no difference to my weight one way or the other. I skipped breakfast today by accident - I just ate it at lunchtime.

Lunch
Cocoa-kale protein shake (almond milk, whey protein (36g protein), kale, chia gel, cocoa, cinnamon, stevia-inulin blend).

Snack
Tuna fish and home-made spicy mayonnaise over baby spinach with red cabbage.


Dinner
Lentil curry over spaghetti squash.

Snack
Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with blueberries, almond milk and stevia-inulin blend.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  30 oz,  Water:  40+ oz.
