Daily Comment
This is my second anniversary at the Department of Veterans Affairs.I am very grateful to be employed, grateful for finding a job just before I turned 61. I am grafeful that the job gives so much and asks so little, that its mix of good qualities is not counterbalanced with equivalent frustrations - it is a good job.
Gratitude is the theme of this anniversary.

Once again, late-night snacking (after a lot of pepperoni) has undone weight-loss.

BreakfastCocoa-kale protein shake (almond milk, whey protein (36g protein), kale, chia seeds, cocoa, cinnamon, stevia blend).
Lunch
Roasted turkey on baby spinach with red cabbage and balsamic vinaigrette. |
Dinner
Liquid Intake
Coffee: 36 oz, Water: 80+ oz.
