Well, a 2.2 pound gain is the least I've ever put on during a free day. So, how great is that? I still did my post-free-day semi-fast, so only dinner, but it is breakfast for dinner, so great.

This is the first day of the last week of this challenge period, and I'm thinking I'm good to go here - this is as close to the Saturday goal as I've ever been the Sunday before.

Dinner

A lentil fritta with spinach, onions, garlic, 2 whole eggs plus 2 egg whites fried up with macadamia nut oil and served over cauliflower and broccoli.
