The good news is yesterday's cheat day added only 1 pound. If things go as they have for the last two weeks, I will add another pound or so tomorrow, then slowly lose. It is still possible for me to reach goal weight for this period, which ends on Saturday. Today marks the beginning of a new PAGG cycle, also.

Because of getting up late, I ended up eating only two meals today. The first one ended up being eaten around 1pm. The second, around 6. They were both very high protein meals.

In the new format of this chart, the plateau still shows, but doesn't look so bad. I have big hopes that my weight loss resumes with the resumption of PAGG and adding protein to my meals.

The Chart
Still looks ugly to me in this month's sprint to lose, but I have high hopes for this week.


Today's Food

Brunch
I mixed my Dal with spinach, and had scrambled eggs made from 2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites.

Dinner
I made a salad from a 7-oz can of tuna, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2C of butter beans, celery and balsamic vinaigrette. I had a whole bag of frozen mixed vegetables (w/spices and balsamic vinegar) to go with.

Today's Liquid
     About 36 oz of coffee and 132 oz of water.

Hey, I am trying to lose weight too, for me it is my constant problem with drinking though. I think once I lose the beer I will lose the belly.
Oh yeah, that and getting out and exercising more often now the snow is all gone!
