Predictably, no loss after staying up late, having a little nosh before bed, and not getting enough sleep.

The chart:
A step in the wrong direction. Yet, I am unwilling to give up my late nights, so I may just have to accept the consequences.
Today's food:

Breakfast  
Spinach omelet with salsa, lentils, whole milk cottage cheese

Lunch
Turkey off-the-bone, black beans and balsamic vinaigrette over Spring Mix greens.

Dinner
A hard-boiled egg in a sauerkraut nest and chili (grass-fed beef, mushrooms, black beans, tomatoes and chili spice) and peas. Not shown: celery and turkey off-the-bone (w/some home-made mayonnaise).
