Thank you.
I have nothing to say. No, really.
Breakfast
Lunch
Lunch was a fairly large amount of ricotta cheese preceded and followed by an unmeasured quantity of walnuts, then 12 Oreo cookies.
Before lunch, I met my new friend, Simply grapefruit, a very economical way of getting grapefruit juice that is nothing but the juice of grapefruits. |
Dinner
Before dinner, I had some home-made coleslaw. Actually, a lot of home-made coleslaw. I find this addicting. The Dinosaur BBQ has great coleslaw, very popular, but I like my own better. In fact, better than anybody else's, anywhere. When not on my free day, I have to be careful about how much I eat because it is very calorie-dense (although I make it with all healthful ingredients - including home-made mayonnaise).

At the Dinosaur BBQ, we had BBQ Brisket and pulled pork, with corn bread, BBQ beans and mac and cheese. And a lot of great music. |
