Another day of little sleep. This time, I had to be at work 90 minutes earlier than usual. This threw off my whole day. I think the scale would have shown a better result if I had weighed myself 90 minutes (or even an hour later than I did.

Oh, well. A loss is a loss. Yesterday was a good day. Today was a little weird - waking up at 4:30 doesn't agree with me, lol. Maybe that's why farming never appealed as a career.

So, today's chart:




Here are the pics and descriptions of today's food:

 Breakfast  
The usual: Spinach, black beans and eggs, made with 3 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, fried in coconut oil and topped with chunky salsa.

Lunch
Spring Mix greens topped with black beans, turkey off-the-bone, and balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner

Chili (grass-fed stew meat, tomatoes, black beans and spices) over vegetables with dal.
