The scale weight surprised me again this morning, but this time in a good way. Yesterday, I did some squats and some wall pushups, total exercise time, less than 5 minutes. I drank a LOT of water (more than 4 liters). I ate my guacamole. I actually got more than 6 hours sleep. To self: "See?"

Today, I ate a little more protein at breakfast (about 10g more, by adding a whole egg and 1 egg white). And I finished eating it 1hour after waking up. During the day, whenever I went to the bathroom at work (4 times) (come on, I'm drinking a lot of water) (and coffee, too), I did 90 seconds worth of squats and wall pushups.
In light of the results, I've amended my goals and my chart. I now hope to be under 192 pounds on July 2, less than 13 weeks away; and my new 4-week goal is to be under 205.

Today's chart is an anomaly, based on a silly amount of weight lost in 1 day. I expect it to level out and track my goal better as time goes by:

 Breakfast  
Black beans, eggs (3 whites, 2 whole), and spinach, sauteed in coconut oil and topped with some Tabasco sauce.

Lunch
Tuna salad (tuna, home-made mayonnaise,  black beans, celery and a little onion) on Spring Mix greens.

Dinner

Wild-caught salmon burger with homemade cocktail sauce (tomato paste and horseradish) with peas and black beans.
