First day of the new 90-day weight-loss goal period. My goals have become less aggressive, but I hope to be more successful!

Weight is up less than a pound after my Free day. That's good. I slept in a bit, so ate a late breakfast and no lunch.

Spinach, pepper and onion with lentils scramble (2 egg whites, 2 whole eggs).

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner

Rotisserie chicken with salad with balsamic vinaigrette and a side of peas and lentils with a butter herb sauce.
