All I can say is, the logjam on weight loss seems to have been broken. This is what I did to unfreeze it.
Added a small amount of short, intense exercise (squats and wall pushups).
- Ate breakfast earlier; within an hour of waking.
- Ate more at breakfast (increased protein by about 25%).
- Increased my water intake by about 20%.
Today's chart continues to show great (off-the-charts, may I say?) progress:
