All I can say is, the logjam on weight loss seems to have been broken. This is what I did to unfreeze it.
Added a small amount of short, intense exercise (squats and wall pushups).
  1. Ate breakfast earlier; within an hour of waking.
  2. Ate more at breakfast (increased protein by about 25%).
  3. Increased my water intake by about 20%.
 Still to come: Calcium and magnesium supplements and adding more avocados to my diet.

Here are the pics and descriptions of today's food:

 Breakfast  
The standard: black beans, spinach, eggs (3 whites, 2 whole), sauteed in coconut oil and topped with salsa.

Lunch
Smoked ham off the bone, black beans and a balsamic vinaigrette over Spring Mix greens. 

Dinner

Chili (grass-fed stew meat, tomatoes, black beans, chili spice) over broccoli and cauliflower, with a side of guacamole.
