Today's haiku:
Sigh. What does it mean?
Weight in the spring, up and down.
I Don't Know. 3rd base.
I had a great day yesterday. I drank over 150 ounces of water, plus coffee, and ate 100% on plan. I did more air squats (deep knee bends, whatever you want to call them) in one day then I have ever done in one day in my life. Of course, I have never in my life attempted to do a large number of air squats, so... I'm just saying.

I didn't get 6 hours' sleep, but I got more than 5. I feel great. My weight is up a half-pound. So be it. Just do the plan. Don't worry.

Here are the pics and descriptions of today's food:

Breakfast  
A couple of slices of crispy Applegate hardwood smoked turkey bacon, with a spinach and black beans omelette (3 whites, 2 whole eggs) topped with salsa. 
 
Lunch
Smoked ham off-the-bone with black beans and vinaigrette over Spring Mix greens.

Dinner
Chili (grass-fed ground beef, black beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, cabbage, and chili spices) with peas.
