There you go: One of the biggest one-day losses in the history of this diet. The most unusual thing about yesterday, and likely the reason for the big loss, was that I finished eating for the day at around 6pm. I am pretty certain this was the earliest I've finished the day's eating since I started the Slow-Carb Diet.

I have to say, I like the results. It makes the huge hump in the chart look like an anomaly.

And, when it comes to weight loss, we like lower lows...

Breakfast  
Spinach and eggs in Dal Tadka (red lentil curry).

Lunch
Turkey and lentils with a vinaigrette over Spring Mix greens.

Dinner 

Roast chicken breast over peas and Kokomo Slim's red beans in sauce (red beans, chorizo and andouille sausage, chicken, beef, ham, tomato, vegetable roux). Beef is shown, bur was not eaten.
