A fairly typical post-free day weight gain. Being the weekend, I got up late, and ended up having only 2 meals.

Today's chart:



Here are the pics and descriptions of today's food:

 Breakfast  
Peppers, onions, spinach, black beans and 3 whole eggs sauteed in coconut oil.


Lunch
     Skipped lunch (or rather, had breakfast at lunch-time, and went straight to dinner next).


Dinner

Chili (grass-fed ground beef, black beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, cabbage, and chili spices) over mixed veggies.
