Day 7/97 Measurement and Free Day

So, a weird first week of the new goal period, right? I ended up losing big, although it was far from linear.

Also, note that I made some changes to the goals for this first 4-week run. I had to modify the weight goal in light of this week's unexpectedly large weight loss.

Free day food:

Breakfast
     I didn't take pictures of breakfast (or lunch) for a couple of reasons. The first is, I actually ate breakfast at 3am (technically, this was an extra meal before my Saturday weigh-in). That breakfast was a vegetable and cheese omelette (I ordered it without the cheese, but what are you going to tell the sweet and beleaguered waitress at Denny's?) with no sides. I took a picture of it, but it didn't turn out.

I didn't get to bed until 4:30AM and slept for 8 hours. About an hour after waking, after taking my weight and measurements, I took my vitamins with a double cappuccino protein shake. The next food I had was "lunch".

Lunch 
     Lunch was 12 Oreo cookies. No pic, because they were eaten while I was driving.

Dinner
At Tully's, N. Syracuse: Chili with melted cheese and some chips. Eaten, but not shown: Popcorn.
Next up at Tully's: Stuffed grilled haddock, with sides of garlic bread, cole slaw and mashed potatoes. I didn't finish the haddock or the mashed potatoes.
Dessert, later, at home: 2 chocolate black and white's.
