Yesterday and today: Both great. Although it may not look that great on the chart, with me losing the weight I seem to have put on the day before, I've continue to execute the plan with no difficulty. So, great days. Do I need to make any changes? No.I can already see me as I will be.

Today's food:

Breakfast  
Black beans, spinach, 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, sauteed in coconut oil. Seasoned with crushed red pepper and garlic-herb mix.

Lunch
Tuna with black beans and home-made mayonnaise over Spring Mix greens.

Dinner
Left: Roast pork and red beans in curry. Right: Brussels sprouts and red beans and lentils

Cottage cheese (whole milk 4% fat) with cinnamon for dessert.
