Today begins a week off of PAGG. Immoderate amount of weight gain from yesterday's free day, but I've seen that before.

Today's food:

Breakfast  
Spinach, pepper and onion omelette (made in coconut oil) with sides of Applegate turkey bacon and red split lentils with spice.

Lunch
Egg salad (made with celery and homemade mayonnaiase) on Spring Mix greens with black beans and a side of coleslaw.

Dinner
Wild-caught salmon burger on a bed of sauerkraut with black beans, cauliflower and broccoli.
