More discouraging data. Is this what happens when you stop PAGG for a week? I am not optimistic about tomorrow's weigh-in and measurement. I don't expect anything good in either weight or measurements. Quite the opposite.

Six days after my free day, and it was a day that really did not include any extreme excesses anyway, I have not lost all the weight I gained that one day. I have been perfect (perfect!) in following the Slow-Carb Diet guidelines.

I may have to find some other way of losing weight. I have to do something. This plateau, where I am almost exactly at the weight I was 4 weeks ago (208.8 #), and 2 pounds above the weight I was the next day (measurement day) is very discouraging. Very.

And next week, when I will be away and living at a hotel for 5 of the 7 days, isn't looking to help the matter.

Today's food

Breakfast
No picture (my bad). Breakfast was 1/3C (before cooking) split red lentils mixed with 1C (after cooking) of steamed spinach and 3T salsa, 1 egg and 3 egg whites scrambled with herbs, and 1/2C of cottage cheese.

Lunch
Spring Mix greens and tuna salad with celery, red beans and homemade mayonnaise.

Dinner
Chili (grass-fed beef, mushrooms, black beans, tomatoes, chili spice) on cauliflower with a side of guacamole. Eaten but not shown: 1/2C Cottage cheese.
