I was correct yesterday when I predicted my weight would be up today, but I still don't understand why it is. I ate a lot of protein yesterday, but only 2 meals, and there wasn't a lot of fat in the macronutrient mix. There couldn't have been that many calories. And, no late eating. I also drank at least 130 ounces of water, and took my PAGG supplement.

So, what happened?

I don't know.

Today was a travel day. After eating breakfast at home, I ate lunch at a Ruby Tuesday's - a big lunch, but every bit was on-plan. Dinner was at a Mexican restaurant near the Holiday Inn I'm staying at. See the pictures below.

I have my scale with me We'll see what tomorrow brings.
