Ugh! Up 3 kilos in a day, meaning in one day, I've gained back everything I lost in the last 4 weeks, and half a pound more.

Today's Food

Breakfast
For breakfast, I had a protein shake with about 40g protein. I intended to have more, but I was still so stuffed from gorging myself on free day, that was all I could manage.

Lunch
Breakfast for lunch: Sausages, with spinach-black beans and eggs.

Dinner
Wild-caught almon on guacamole, with peas and black beans in butter on the side.


Today's Liquid
     No coffee and 160+ oz of water.
