Yesterday's Weight:    197.6 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         + 0.4 lbs
This is my daily weight chart since ending the Slow-Carb diet. July 9 was the 1st day of Phase 1 of The 6 week Cure for the Middle-Aged Middle.

This is Day 52 post-Slow-Carb, Day 12 of Phase 1 from The 6-week Cure for the Middle-Aged Middle, which lasts 14 days.

Crazy weight fluctuations aside, I am seeing the results in the mirror, so all is good for now. I am looking forward to Saturday, when I start Phase 2, and can again drink (some) coffee. That is how I will celebrate: 2 cups of joe on Saturday morning. And I will really have to start shopping again: Lots of meat and salad coming my way for the two weeks of Phase 2. I see all the dollar savings I had on Phase 1's one-meal-a-day flying out the window...

Food Log

Breakfast
Power-up shake containing 70 g of vanilla whey protein (56 g protein), 1t of D-ribose, 1t of inulin, 1 whole organic egg, 1/4C Coconut milk, water and ice.

Lunch
Coconut cream pie version of power-up shake.


Snack
Same as breakfast.


Dinner

Spring Mix greens, sausage, wild-caught salmon burger, homemade herbes d provence mayonnaise.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  0 oz,   Water: 108+ oz.
