Travel Day. Felt a little clogged up after previous day's low-on-fiber eating. Skipped breakfast. Bought lunch at Whole Foods, eaten at a rest stop. Regular (mmm-mm good) dinner. We'll see tomorrow what all this did, scale-wise...

Lunch
Italian Tuna salad, kate and avocado slaw.

Dinner 
Appetizer: Cottage cheese (not shown). Grilled steak and mashed broccoli (made with 1/4C yogurt, butter, sea salt and pepper).
   Carb Count: 8 g. Net
