Sometimes, I just know when I've fucked up. Last night, late, tired, I started snacking. First, I had some organic smoked turkey, then, for dessert, I had cottage cheese with cinnamon and the stevia-erythritol sweetener blend I use. After only 4-1/2 hours sleep, I am completely not surprised to find my weight up.

As I wrote in yesterday's blog, I am biding my time, getting the ingredients for the coming phase 1, 2-week long liver-conditioning portion of the 6-week diet that begins Saturday. Meanwhile, I'm not really following any plan, just keeping the carbs low, staying well-hydrated, and trying not to screw up too badly (while enjoying good food).

Hi- I got your phone call but was seeing patients all day and didn't have a chance to call back. Thank you, in advance. I have heard from Ron and it looks like we will get together the week of the 17th. Your food looks so good. Maintaining is a feat in and of itself. Congrats.
