Yesterday's Weight:    202.2 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         - 0.0 lbs
Daily weight since 5/30/2011.
No penalty for the high-calorie end of my dinner yesterday. No loss, either, but I'll take it! Since my weight trend is slightly up, even maintaining is an improvement.


Another good day on the plan, although dinner was a little high on beans and calories. 

Food Log


Breakfast
Cocoa-whey egg cream protein shake: Dark cocoa and vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus an egg, coconut milk, cinnamon, and stevia-erythritol blend.


Lunch
Smoked turkey salad with Spring Mix greens, kidney beans, red cabbage and balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner 
Leftovers: Red bean curry, spinach, scrambled eggs, smoked turkey with Dijon mustard, carrots with homemade mayonnaise, lentil curry.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  30 oz,   Water: 84+ oz.
