This was a high-stress day at work, even though it started out working from home. That only makes it worse. I did get to playing something jazzier than my usual fare, and that may work into something that will mean more playing opportunities (and putting in some time on my Turner Renaissance fretless). Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/48g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, an extra 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.
Snack
Baby carrots and homemade mayonnaise.
