December 2, 2011: Post 326 (Day 335)

Well, that's some good news, weight-wise. This is the lightest I've been since I left for LA (see the top chart). In not so good news, my left leg, which I have been going to physical therapy to 'heal', started aching last night - for no reason I can think of: No trauma, no stress on it, no strenuous activity. Rats.


Daily Comment
This was a high-stress day at work, even though it started out working from home. That only makes it worse.  I did get to playing something jazzier than my usual fare, and that may work into something that will mean more playing opportunities (and putting in some time on my Turner Renaissance fretless). 

Food Log


Breakfast


Spinach, Dal Tadka (lentil curry), and scrambled eggs.
Lunch
Roast turkey in a salad with Spring Mix greens, pinto beans, red cabbage and balsamic vineigrette.
Dinner
Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/48g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, an extra 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.

Snack
Baby carrots and homemade mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   30 oz,   Water: 102+ oz.
