One week, two fasts, 3 physical therapy sessions later... I'm down nicely in weight. Which, surprisingly, is the only measurement that changed this week. 

Daily Commentary
I have started introducing people to the idea that in a little over 3 years I will be moving outside the US. I am pretty sure at that time I will keep my apartment, but spend up to a year scouting out sites for relocation. That is to give me time to find the 'yes' place for me. In the meantime, I have moved into the preparation phase... slowly. Currently, that means being careful about purchases in a way I haven't ever been: Considering every purchase in light of whether it is going to be one more thing I'm going to have to jettison on the way out, now that I am in the mind-set that 'out' is not some distant-future time, but relatively near-term.



Food Log
Breakfast

Lunch
Chicken-feta cheese-spinach sausage with peppers, onions, spinach and parmesan cheese omelet.
Dinner
Whole wheat bowties with spinach and bacon in garlic-infused olive oil. 
Snack 1
Chocolate chip cookies.



Snack 2
Baby carrots and home-made mayonnaise. Spring mix greens, red cabbage and home-made mayonnaise.



Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  32 oz,   Water:  80+ oz.
