As I get more used to it, fasting is easier. I expect that today's normal eating will cause a bit of a weight bump tomorrow, but hopefully, not too much...

Maybe it is just the now-omnipresent Christmas season, but I like the idea of Thailand even more for it being a Buddhist country. It seems like a wonderful idea to get out from under the Euro-centric historic culture.

Breakfast
Spinach, red beans and eggs with Chipotle sauce.
Lunch
Smoked turkey breast on a salad of Spring Mix greens, cole slaw mix and black beans with balsamic vinaigrette.
Snack
Baby carrots and homemade mayonnaise.

Dinner
Shahi Rhajma (red beans and tomato sauce curry) with broccoli and a wild-caught salmon burger with homemade mayonnaise.
Snack

    Coffee:   22 oz,   Water: 144+ oz.
