Net Loss/Gain:        +  1.2 lbs

The expected weight bump came, was noted, and will be ignored, henceforth. And I ended the day with a rather significant 'diet fail'.


Daily Comment
I have nothing today. I'm really, really tired, and I was going to go out, but I'm going to veg out instead. My tiredness, and vegging out led to a diet fail: I ate tomorrow's cheat day dark chocolate bar; I just knew I shouldn't buy it in advance.

Food Log


Breakfast
Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, an extra 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Tuna salad (tuna, celery, onions and homemade herbs d'Provence mayonnaise) and a salad of  Spring Mix greens, cole slaw mix and black beans with balsamic vinaigrette.
Snack
Celery and carrots with homemade herbs d'Provence mayonnaise.

Dinner
Grass-fed sirloin steak with cilantro-lime salsa and cauliflower with Dal Tadka (lentil curry).
Snack
A whole bar (6 oz) of 72% dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   22 oz,   Water: 96+ oz.
