January 10, 2012: Post 10, Day 10

Yesterday's Weight:    201.2 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         - 1.0 lbs
Daily weight from January 1, 2012.
Yesterday I predicted a little bit of a weight gain for today. It did not turn out that way. OK!

Daily Comment
Snow. The lack of, here in Syracuse. So far, we have 3 feet less than the average at this time, and 6 feet less than we had last year (December and January broke records last year). This makes me happy. I'm just not a snow-happy person anymore (when I was young, I seem to remember loving playing in the snow. Hard to know how accurate those - or any - memories really are).


When I retire, I'll go to a place that has, at the most, 3 seasons, none of which will involve the possibility of snow (locally - I don't care if it snows close by, or if there's snow on the mountaintops, in fact, that would be fine).


Food Log


Breakfast
Rajma Masala (red beans curry) with spinach and eggs.
Lunch
Salad with roast turkey, Spring Mix greens, red cabbage, black beans and balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner
Chili (grass-fed beef, tomatoes, black beans, spices), an egg white and cauliflower.
Snack
Imported Italian Hot Fennel Salami. and baby carrots. 

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   32 oz,   Water: 112+ oz.
