Yesterday's Weight:    200.0 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:        +  1.0 lbs
Post-fast gain. NBD (no big deal).  Likely due to my post-midnight scrambled-egg snack yesterday. I weighed myself around 6 hours later. Which brings me to my....

Daily Comment
Late night snacking. I don't feel bad about last night's midnight scrambled eggs. By the time I ate them, it had been more than 5 (active, playing) hours since my last meal, and I was hungry. It seems that these late-night snacks affect my weight because, in general, they occur too close to the following weigh-in, not because of what they add to the day's calorie consumption or because the body processes food differently after 8pm. 



Food Log


Breakfast
Rajma Masala (mild red-bean curry) with spinach and eggs.
Lunch
Smoked turkey breast, black beans, red cabbage and Spring Mix greens with balsamic vinagrette.
Dinner
Wild-caught salmon burger with peas and red beans and Pomodoro tomato sauce.
Snack
Baby carrots and homemade mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   30 oz,   Water: 128+ oz.
