January 2, 2012: Post 2, Day 2

Today's Weight:        199.8 lbs 
Yesterday's Weight:    203.2 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:        -  3.4 lbs
It ebbs, it flows. My weight, I mean. A person can drive themselves crazy weighing themselves every day - unless they keep track so that they can see trends (which I do). One day's weight has little meaning. It may be higher or lower than the last day's, but it is only in the context of the days before and after that it has meaning - and then, it is just a data point.

Daily Comment
2012's first holiday. The year's first normal eating day. I'm alive. All good.


Food Log


Breakfast
Rajma Masala (red bean curry), spinach and eggs.
Lunch
Roast turkey, black beans, cabbage, carrots and Spring Mix greens wtih Balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner
Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, an extra 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.  


Snack
Baby carrots and home-made mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   30 oz,   Water: 96+ oz.
