Breakfast
Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.
Lunch
Imported Italian Hot Fennel Salami. Mmmm - good!

ok, I am now officially freaked. Went to my cardiologist who I assumed did the surgery but he doesn't. Now I have to meet with a surgeon. On the way, I managed to: take two left gloves, miss my train, lose my 12 ride pass( new) , have to take a taxi to my car. Not good under stress. Love you. Joan
