Daily weight from January 1, 2012.
Mondays are the first 'regular' eating days of the week, after my Sunday post-Cheat fast. Usually, my weight is up a little the next morning.

Food Log


Breakfast
Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Salad with tuna, Spring Mix greens, red cabbage and black beans.
Dinner
Chili (grass-fed beef, tomatoes, black beans, spices) and green peas.
Snack
Imported Italian Hot Fennel Salami. Mmmm - good! 

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   22 oz,   Water: 136+ oz.

ok, I am now officially freaked. Went to my cardiologist who I assumed did the surgery but he doesn't. Now I have to meet with a surgeon. On the way, I managed to: take two left gloves, miss my train, lose my 12 ride pass( new) , have to take a taxi to my car. Not good under stress. Love you. Joan
