Net Loss/Gain:         + 0.4 lbs

Diet Comment:
I am retaining a lot of water - the only explanation for a weight gain after 30 hours of fasting (zero-calorie intake).

Daily Comment:
Monday was not so hard this week. I don't know why. Maybe because the work-day went quickly, due to some busy-ness. 



Food Log
Breakfast
Green protein shake: Kale, vanilla whey protein powder (48g of protein), an egg, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, stevia-inulin blend.


Lunch
Smoked turkey breast, Spring Mix greens, mixed cabbage with carrots and balsamic vinaigrette. 


Dinner
Wild-caught salmon burger with bacon, broccoli with butter.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   22 oz,   Water: 128+ oz

Yes, definitely holding to the plan. I am back at 'ideal' weight today, so it is working, and I felt strong and without doubts or fear about my weight. It all came in the aftermath of some stomach flu - or something - that lasted only about 8 hours. So, now it's all good.
