Daily weight from December 31, 2011 - first quarter.

Daily weight from December 31, 2011 - year 2012.

Diet Comment:
To all intents and purposes, I have weighed the same all year. True, there have been variations but by and large, the weight has been between 199 and 205 pounds. Anything within that range, no matter how changed from the day before or the week before, is fine with me. Anything outside of that, if it is only 1 day's weight, is an outlier, and doesn't count.

Daily Comment:
Feeling good today. The Summer weather (I guess we had Spring up here last Autumn) continues to impress. I got a call to sub at one of my favorite (and regularly-attended) open mics tomorrow, had an i am Fool rehearsal, kept a good diet. I felt good all day.

At first I was going to argue with you since you really didn't do the statistics to decide that 6 pounds was the standard deviation but it doesn't really matter. You have done great and continue to do so. Love you

Thank you for not challenging me on the statistical deviation of my claim. I am actually saving the statistical evidence for my population study and subsequent peer-reviewed paper in the Journal of Abnormal and Silly Behavior.

I have to tell you that this statement was meant entirely in a subjective sense. This is a range I am comfortable with, and that's really all I meant.

But most of all I am doing great, feeling well (most of the time), and that is all that matters.

Love you, too.

It is all that matters. I am feeling pretty good myself, actually slept two nights in a row (a record) and the weather is beautiful. Love you
