I accidentally erased my commentary and the charts. They're gone to the great bit-bucket in the sky. I'm sure that was the best writing I ever did.


Free day food:

Breakfast
Center-cut bacon, onions, peppers and eggs, and a multigrain bagel with salmon spread. Coffee by Cafe Kubal.

Lunch  
At Giann's Bronx Pizza. I didn't take a pic (this is an old one). And I had water, not Pepsi.
Dinner
Thank you, Nan and Doug, for an incredible dinner. I had such a good time. Clockwise from 11: Romaine salad with avocado, mushrooms and olives. My home-made coleslaw and warm multi-grain seeded bread with butter. Roasted organic salmon, fresh sauteed green beans. Baked sweet potato.

Cappuccino and lemon cream cheese cake. I had seconds and thirds on the cake, and a follow-up espresso.
