Down 2.8 pounds! That is enough! My plan is working, so I continued today: hyper-hydration, protein shake first thing in the morning, 100% on-plan food. Excited to think I might be back on track with an almost 5 pound loss in 2 days.

Today's Food

Breakfast
For breakfast, I had a protein shake with about 24g protein, and:
One whole egg, 2 egg whites, spinach and black beans sauteed in coconut oil and topped with salsa.

Lunch
Smoked ham off the bone with black beans and balsamic vinaigrette over spinach and romaine.

Dinner
Beef and bean burger (grass-fed beef, black beans, Great Northern beans and spices) over cauliflower with balsamic and a side of guacamole.


Today's Liquid
    28 oz. of black coffee and 210+ oz. of water.
