This is one of those days where you just know things are not working out - I had difficulty with my sleep last night, in every way: Getting to sleep late, waking up multiple times during the night, no energy when the alarm went off, and falling back to sleep for another hour. I think that has everything to do with the really bad result of the day, which otherwise was basically a repeat of a day during which I had LOST 2.6 pounds. We'll see what tomorrow brings. Unfortunately, it is an unusual-for-the-weekend early day...

Breakfast
24g protein drink (not shown) and 1/2C cottage cheese, with Dal Tadka (lentil curry) and spinach.

Lunch
Smoked ham off the bone with black beans and vinaigrette dressing on Spring Mix greens.

Dinner
A wild-caught salmon burger on broccoli with Dal Tadka. Not shown: a hard-boiled egg and a 1/2C of guacamole.

Midnight Snack
    Cottage cheese.

Today's Liquid
    24 oz. of black coffee and 160+ oz. of water.
