But I started dinner too late, so I was very hungry when dinner came. I also didn't have any water to drink with dinner, because I had to change out the filter on my Brita (and had forgotten to do it earlier). After dinner, I ended up eating a whole lot of celery and carrots with homemade mayonnaise. While these are fairly nutritionally dense, the mayonnaise is, of course, calorically dense. We'll see what effect this has on my weight loss over the next few days, I guess.
I am pleased to see the weight beginning to come down on this iteration of the SCD. I don't know how long that will last, but I'm a little irked that the weight trend line (see the chart) has been up recently - for the first time the whole year.
Irked and frustrated, a little - but not down. Definitely not down.
I am, overall, very pleased with my accomplishments this year.
