I'm less than 5 years away from being able to collect social security with full benefits. I'm thinking about how to prepare. Among other things, I'm going to have to do 2 things to prepare for retirement that I'm not actively doing right now: Get rid of stuff and stop accumulating more stuff. Tall order for me. But I can't foresee a future situation that needs a lot of possessions. I know I'm keeping stuff because I don't want it lost: Papers, books, tapes and DVDs, and photos. Memory stuff.
But I can't drag these things around with me, and this apartment is not the one I will be in when I retire.
Food Log
Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, an extra 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.
Snack
Baby carrots.
Dinner
Dal Tadky (lentil curry) and spinach.
