Net Loss/Gain:         + 2.6 lbs

Not too much damage from cheat day. Better than last Sunday. That makes me happy. Weird day of eating, in that breakfast didn't happen until 2:30pm; that left me with no appetite for lunch at dinnertime, so I just had a protein shake. Got home from a jam late with an appetite, so figured I would just finish off an open bag of baby carrots, but ended up with a small meal (beans and vegetables, no extra protein). This last ended up happening at midnight, so I will be weighing in with less than 7 hours since eating. That will show up on the scale.


Daily Comment
I'm less than 5 years away from being able to collect social security with full benefits. I'm thinking about how to prepare. Among other things, I'm going to have to do 2 things to prepare for retirement that I'm not actively doing right now: Get rid of stuff and stop accumulating more stuff. 


Tall order for me. But I can't foresee a future situation that needs a lot of possessions. I know I'm keeping stuff because I don't want it lost: Papers, books, tapes and DVDs, and photos. Memory stuff. 


But I can't drag these things around with me, and this apartment is not the one I will be in when I retire.

Breakfast
Red bean curry with spinach and scrambled eggs. And bacon.
Lunch

Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, an extra 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.


Snack

Baby carrots.


Dinner

Dal Tadky (lentil curry) and spinach.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  0 oz,   Water: 96+ oz.
