There's the loss that puts me back in equilibrium, with an almost-flat, slightly downward trend line. That's what I'm after.


Daily Comment
Easy day, nothing much to say. I was so tired after work, I took a nap and snoozed through dinner-time, woke up not-hungry.

Food Log


Breakfast
Dal Tadka (lentil curry), spinach and scrambled eggs.
Lunch

Tuna salad (tuna, celery, onion, home-made spicy mayonnaise) and a salad of Spring Mix greens, black beans and red cabbage with balsamic vinaigrette.
Snack
Celery, baby carrots, home-made spicy mayonnaise.


Dinner
Skipped.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  28 oz,   Water: 96+ oz.
