Today's Weight:        204.6 lbs 
Yesterday's Weight:    202.4 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         + 2.2 lbs
Daily weight from October 1, 2011.
Daily weight from January 1, 2011.
Weighing myself 6 hours after a feeding on less than 6 hours sleep is not going to ever give me any comfort... As can be seen by the kilo of new weight I'm packing today. It is not a concern (I'll bet it is gone in the next 2 days).


Daily Comment
I have removed the weight goal banner. It was silly, in the first place (since weight is not the measure I was using for success) and I find myself very comfortable maintaining the loss I achieved these last 5+ months.


PS: Dan, if you're reading this, sorry I didn't catch up with you - I was playing out when you called, too late to call back when I was finished. I'll get back to you soon.

Food Log


Breakfast
Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, an extra 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.


Lunch

Roast turkey on a salad of Spring Mix greens, black beans, red cabbage, tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette.
Snack

Baby carrots with spicy mayonnaise.


Dinner

Chili (grass-fed beef, pinto beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and spices) with green peas.
Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  28 oz,   Water: 136+ oz.
