I'm where I thought I'd be today, as I posted yesterday. It is another 'odd' eating day - reversed, again, but also starting late with breakfast eaten close to lunchtime. 


Daily Comment
I am so-o-o tired today. Just dragging my ass out of bed was about as major an accomplishment as I will achieve today. Except that at work, I got some good things done; but really, work doesn't matter a whole lot to me these days - which is a topic for another daily comment, not this one. I'm too tired to do it now.

Food Log


Breakfast
Chili (grass-fed beef, pinto beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, spices) with a salad of Spring Mix greens and red cabbage with balsamic vinaigrette.
Lunch

Wild-caught salmon burgers with broccoli and red bean curry. 
Snack

Celery with spicy mayonnaise.


Dinner
Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, an extra 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  10 oz,   Water: 96+ oz.

doing great. Work does alot for me. Socially, self esteem wise, even making me move. I don't know what I would do without it. Love

Yes, I have a bad attitude about work. I'm just trying to skate away for the next 4-1/2 years.

You seem to be doing well with WW - how did it go yesterday? However it went, keep at it - start every day with a new commitment, what happened yesterday, good or bad, doesn't matter.
