I have gotten to a pretty constant weight-state. I am at the weight I was 3 weeks ago. 

Daily Commentary
Am I allowed unlimited lazy days? Is there a price to pay? I can't say. But I had another one today.



Food Log
Breakfast
Scrambled eggs with onions and peppers and sausage Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal,  Not shown: Organic dark chocolate-covered almonds.
Lunch
Whole wheat farfalle with peas and Wegman's Grandpa Sauce (sausage, peppers and wine tomato sauce).
Snack
Joyva dark chocolate-covered fruit jels.


Dinner
A bowl of Ezekiel Golden Flax Sprouted Grains cereal with almond milk and stevia. Espresso-chip ice cream for dessert. 


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  24 oz,   Water:  104+ oz. Bonus: 1 shot of Jameson's Special Reserve Old Distillery Irish Whiskey.
