Beginning my work day at home (sometimes I work from home) ended up meaning having a late breakfast. So I waited to eat again until the Christmas party at work, where I nixed chicken wings, egg rolls, and meatballs in favor of cheese, brocolli and cauliflower (with some dressing). So, good for me!
But, later that day, and in the evening, I was feeling very tired, congested, and I had a runny nose and a little bit of sore throat. So dinner was basically a snack and a protein shake.
Daily Comment
I like displays of generosity. It makes me feel good being generous, but it makes me feel better when I see other people being generous. And I am thankful and appreciative when I benefit from generosity (as I have from the local music community), which gives me a chance to be grateful. And gratitude is one of my favorite emotions, and one I hope I get to express frequently.Food Log
Broccoli, cauliflower, cubed cheese (I have no idea what kind) and Ranch dressing.
Dinner
Baby carrots and home-made mayonnaise. Vanilla whey protein powder (w/48g of whey protein) mixed with almond milk.
