Now I'm done with physical therapy, and I have to remember to keep stretching. Weight is down nicely. Everything is going well, especially since I woke feeling much better than when I went to be last night. 


As far as the day went, it went very well - in all ways. My cheat began late and ended late, in between I managed to help get the band set up for the night's gig. Food-wise, it was exactly the kind of 'disaster' cheat days are on the schedule for; The bad news was the cheat day ended at 5am on 'Fast Day'. So that will be another no-eating-until-Monday fast, which will be made easier by the fact that I will sleep most of the day away.

Daily Commentary
I have about 38-1/2 months to go until I retire. I have decided to retire outside the US. I will spend some time every day between now and then in preparation - some days more intense than others. I may start a journal/blog just about that. Otherwise, you'll be reading too much about it here. And, I have other things going on - I'm very excited about tonight's gig, for instance, and will now write about that:





Food Log
Breakfast
Buttered multi-grain with flax seeds bagel, Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal in almond milk with vanilla protein powder (24g of protein), cinnamon and stevia/inulin blend. Coffee. Not shown: oatmeal cookie and mini pumpkin pie.
Lunch
Oreos and a brownie.


Dinner
Grilled chicken breast sub with swiss cheese, onions, peppers, mushrooms and a side of fries.


Snack
3am at Denny's: An ultimate omelet (made with various pork products and vegetables with cheese), rye toast, home fries, and fried pancake dough with cinnamon and sugar and cream cheese dipping sauce.


Snack
5am at home: Pumpkin bread.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  a lot, I don't know how much - 60 oz? or more,   Water:  72+ oz.
